GENE PAUL WILLIAM DZAMAN March 2, 1960 - January 14, 2008 Suddenly at his home in St. Martin, Manitoba, on Monday, January 14, 2008, our beloved son and brother, Gene Paul William Dzaman passed away at the age of 47 years. Gene leaves to mourn his father, Paul; brother, Danny; sister and brother-in-law, Bobbi and Victor Minenko; special godfather and uncle, Jim Borsa; as well as numerous cousins, friends and other relatives. Gene was predeceased by his mother, Mary Marie Dzaman. Gene was a fisherman on Lake Manitoba for many years. He spent his summers working on various farms throughout the area, the past four years he worked for the Rawluk family. Gene was a home body, always puttering around the farm house doing chores. He enjoyed caring for his father, gardening, watching Bomber games, looking after his herd of stray cats and sharing news' on the phone with his friends. Gene was very close to his brother Danny, a lot of people would mistake them for each other. Our dear son and brother will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Thanks to our friends and neighbors for rallying around us during our time of grief. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Martin Community Hall with Jim Anderson and Pastor Gerald Anderson officiating.
